Client Referral Reward Scheme

The best way of gaining new business is to be recommended by an existing client.

If you rate our service highly and are happy to refer a friend or contact to us, we will:

• try to reciprocate wherever possible
• reduce your next annual bill by 15%.*

If you know a self-employed individual or a business that could benefit from the services we provide, please let us have their contact details and a brief summary of the services they need. Alternatively, you could ask them to contact us directly, but please remember they will need to mention your name when making the initial contact with us.

Terms and Conditions

In order to qualify for Sutton McGrath Ltd’s Client Referral Reward the following terms and conditions apply;
For the purposes of the terms and conditions the ‘referrer’ relates to the person that is submitting their friend or colleague’s details. The ‘referee’ relates to the person or business that is being referred.

1. The referrer must already be a signed up client of Sutton McGrath Ltd to qualify for a reward.
2. The referrer must have the consent of the person they are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. The referrer will indemnify Sutton McGrath Ltd for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer’s failure to gain consent of the referee.
3. Sutton McGrath Ltd must not have already received details of the referee prior to the referral or have the referee on Sutton McGrath Ltd’s database.
4. The responsibility remains with the referrer to contact Sutton McGrath Ltd to claim their discount.
5. A discount will be given to the referrer once payment has been received by Sutton McGrath Ltd from the referee for works completed. Rewards are based on the first years generated fee income as follows;
   1. Fees up to £1,000 will earn a 5% discount off your next annual bill
   2. Fees between £1001 and £2,500 will earn a 10% discount off your next annual bill
   3. Fees of over £2,500 will earn a 15% discount off your next bill
6. Only one discount will be given per successful referral.
7. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Sutton McGrath Ltd reserves the right to change the type of reward at any time without prior notice or explanation.
9. Sutton McGrath Ltd reserves the right to end the reward scheme at any given time without prior notice or explanation.
10. Eligibility for this scheme is at Sutton McGrath Ltd’s discretion and its decision is final.
11. Sutton McGrath Ltd has the right to not accept the referee as a client and in such circumstances neither the referrer nor the referee will be entitled to a reward.
12. This scheme is not open to employees of Sutton McGrath Ltd.
13. This programme is effective of 01/12/2011 and Sutton McGrath Ltd reserves the right to terminate the programme at any time.
